Hi Tucker,

I'm close to sending out a changeset for the new setter tag in 
components. There are a few edge cases I am cleaning up. Some changes 
to the LFC are necessary so that the setter is the primary codepath 
(LPP-5644). When the review is complete a lot of deprecated warnings 
will be displayed until the components and LFC are converted to use 
setAttribute. This will be a separate changeset.
