[Laszlo-dev] For Review: Change 20081003-dda-k Summary: Fix, botched javadoc @devnote that diverted a doc .html to the wrong, filename

In LzSelectionManager it is:

   * @initarg Boolean sel: The name of the method to call (with true or
   * false to represent selectedness) when an element changes its
selectedness
   * @devnote: TODO: [20080930 anba] (LPP-6080) uncomment typing in
method signatures

So I suspect that the devnote stuff is being appended to the end of
the '@initarg'.
