Approved. However,  I tested with a very simple app in swf9 
(debug=true&lzr=swf9&lzproxied=false)

The error you mentioned went away, but I got another error:

Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2124: Loaded file 
is an unknown type.
