LzHTTPDataRequest:
- add "@type" java-doc for schema-builder
LzHTTPDataProvider:
- use LzParam#serialize() to build up query-string instead of 
hand-crafting the string
LzDataset:
- mark class as public
- add setter for "postbody", "querytype" and "initialdata", deprecate 
old setters
- move "isProxied()" to proxied declaration
- change "LzParam" to "lz.Param" in methods descriptions
- move all old setter methods to a single code block
- update description of "getErrorString()", it returns `undefined` 
instead of `false`
