[Laszlo-dev] debugger / schema builder

Some recent change to debug has exposed this error when building the  
schema.

      [java] Exception in thread "main"  
org.openlaszlo.js2doc.SchemaBuilder$SchemaBuilderError: Error building  
schema: <interface name="debug"> in <insert> matches an existing  
element: /library/interface "debug"

The fix is easy, so I'll do it now.  I guess you guys do partial  
builds...
