Hrmm, weird... laszlo-explorer/coverpages/welcome/index.html has been 
altered, but for some reason, svn-newchange and svn-updatechange aren't 
picking it up when it makes/modifies the changeset:

$ svn diff laszlo-explorer/coverpages/welcome/index.html
svn: 'laszlo-explorer/coverpages/welcome/index.html' is not under 
version control

If someone can verify that this is true for them as well, I'll add this 
and check it in.  If it's not true, then there's something wrong for my 
local svn or something that I need to fix.
