[Laszlo-dev] For Review: Change 20081113-lou-C Summary:, lz.param: clarify return type in the reference, fix nav pane entries

I vote for renaming lz.param to lz.rpcparam (or something similar), 
because lz.param is just part of the rpc-classes whereas LzParam is a 
general class defined in the LFC and used in almost every application 
(so any renaming would have a greater impact).
