I think there was a build-error some time ago, because of that entry. 
But I don't know for sure.

"lz.params"? Oh, I see there is "@lzxname params" in 
lfc/data/LzParam.lzs. But actually this annotation is pretty useless, 
because you can just refer to ?LzParam? resp. in the new style to 
?lz.Param? (in code). So there isn't even any entry in the lz-object for 
?lz.params?. Therefore that annotation should be removed (if possible), 
wait...
Is it possible to have both, lz.Param.html and lz.param.html? At least 
not under Windows... Maybe that's the reason to have a (non-functional) 
?lz.params??
