[Laszlo-dev] Some menu points in the OL Reference cannot be reached

Hello,

in the OpenLaszlo Reference Guide the window on the left side for the menu
tree is too small, so that some menu points at the bottom cannot be reached.

Maybe someone can fix this again. A scrollbar (maybe even with scrollwheel
functionality) would also be nice here.
