Running testcases in "test/explicit-replicators" for swf8/dhtml.

Notes:
- method "set_nodes" in replicator-class is unnecessary, can be removed
- couldn't select entries in "explicit replicator"-window in "selection.lzx"
- position was alway "1" for "explicit replicator"- and "explicit lazy 
replicator"-window in "selection.lzx"
- got two delegate warnings:
