     info-attributes converted to docbook from html.
     Added link from Attributes label to the new page.

     Known flaws that were not easily fixable:
      - sections are not separated by an hrule.
      - the link 'More on attributes' should be right aligned
      - the link 'More on attributes' should link within the frame  
rather
         than open a new window.
