[Laszlo-dev] Where do top-level LZX includes come from in the reference?

If I'm not mistaken they come from:
  WEB-INF/lps/lfc/LaszloLibrary.lzs
  lps/components/library.lzx
  lps/components/incubator/library.lzx

It all happens in docs/src/build.xml

Also docs/src/nav/{tags.xml,classes.xml} are vestigial,
I'll need to remove these - the real ones are generated into
docs/reference .
