Summary: Support class properties in LZX

Details:
     NodeModel: Clean up lots of unused cruft.  Parse new attribute
     allocation property.  Uniformly use addProperty to create
     attributes, dispatch on allocation

Tests:
     smokecheck, ant runlzunit, amazon
