[Laszlo-dev] Doc nav pane is broken

Lou,

I see this after getting the most recent.
None of the nav files in doc have changed.  But the nav bar
is an lzx program, and there have been a number
of disruptive changes in trunk, so I'm guessing that's
the root of the problem.

I'll own it for now, thanks.
