+ needed to update call to class method LzParams.parseQueryString to  
not call 'LzParams.prototype...'

+ remote debug window was never showing up, due to canvas clipping  
(?). Resized app to height of 370.

+ remove 'event' warning in basefocusview

Tests:

recompile dev-console.lzx.swf, test in swf7/8 runtime
