[Laszlo-dev] Naming dependency methods in swf9

For function fn declared:

   fn(args...)

it will be:

   callee.$lsc$fn_dependencies(args...)

It's not there yet, though.  Tucker's converting everything in trunk
to use this convention, and SWF9 will inherit that work when it's
merged in.
