[Laszlo-dev] additional file for build-nightly

We have a new file that needs to be copied from the build on trunk to
trunk-nightly.

The file is /trunk/docs/release-notes.css

and it need to go into the corresponding directory on trunk-nightly.

The html file, release-notes.html is trying to include this file.

The html file is not displaying properly in Safari on the Mac, and we
suspect the fact that release-notes.css is missing may be the reason.

The file displays fine on a local machine, and in Firefox and IE.

The Safari Activity log reports release-notes.css as a 404 error.

<h3>s and <b> text are rendered as white text on a dark background.
The intention was for black text on a white background.
