[Laszlo-dev] packaging flex compiler in the branch

Well after doing some experiments, I cut down the flex libraries and
compiler to about 23 MB,
and that actually compresses pretty well with tar/zip so I am guessing our
binary release may only
be about 14 MB larger than what we ship now.
