[Laszlo-dev] packaging flex compiler in the branch

I've probably got a bunch of extraneous stuff in there still, as soon as I
have the
OEM compiler API hooked up and working, I'll start trimming out stuff until
it stops working :-)

I must have added  the filesizes incorrectly before, there are about 20 MB
of .jar files, plus about 2 MB of .swc lib files
in framework/libs. I'm not sure what else is required for the compilation,
and not sure yet if I can
remove or stub out the mxml compiling portions.
