I did some extra consistency checking for toc.xml (the Contents tab)  
and discovered these peculiarities:

1)   'Events' lists <handler> which brings up LzDelegate.html, whereas
  'Scripting' lists <handler> in tag.handler.html

Do we need both?
It looks like tag.handler.html is in one of the 'hand crafted' doc  
files.
I'd love to get rid of that if LzDelegate's javadoc is more up to  
date.  Yes?
Assuming we can get rid of the double content, can we get rid of the
double entries in the toc or not?

2) autocompletecombobox, textstyle, basedragimage, baseedittext,  
basetooltip, basevalidator
are listed in the TOC, but they come from the incubator section.  I'm  
not including anything
from incubator in the tags or classes tabs.  Is that decision  
incorrect, or should these
be dropped from the TOC, or is the inconsistency acceptable?
