LPP-4137 is already fixed, just as Phil said earlier. The testcase from 
LPP-4839 works now, too.
But bitmap-caching is now disabled by default. For example take the 
LPP-4839 testcase, if you look at:
- canvas.subviews[0].getMCRef().cacheAsBitmap
- canvas.subviews[1].getMCRef().cacheAsBitmap
both are set to "false".


Instead this one?
