Summary: Remove state methods from lzpix

Bugs Fixed: LPP-6587 - Eliminate states with methods/handlers in lzpix

Details: Eliminate the unneeded state and constrain to the clickable 
property instead.

Tests: Lzpix runs as before in swf8/9/dhtml
