In case anyone else would like to use it, I have a modified version of
the conversion scripts that (optionally) provide a diff of every change
made, and ask for confirmation afterwords (providing the choice of keep
old, keep new, or edit new). As such, I have visually checked every
change that the scripts have made.

If anyone does want it, please let me know what I should do with it.
