[Laszlo-dev] The deprecated service objects have been removed from trunk at r10175

The following deprecated global objects have been removed: LzAudio, 
LzBrowser, LzCursor, LzFocus, LzGlobalMouse, LzHistory, LzIdle, 
LzInstantiator, LzKeys, LzModeManager, LzTimer, LzTrack.

If you use trunk r10175 or later you should run the script 
/WEB-INF/lps/server/bin/convert_required.pl on your lzx files to make 
the required modifications.  For example, the script will transform 
LzFocus references to lz.Focus.
