[Laszlo-dev] Problem with the copyright symbol when application is deployed

I think it's more likely that this is a case of improperly declaring  
the encoding, or failing to
declare the encoding at all.

People have used docbook to include the copyright symbol for hundreds  
of years now.

But I agree (glorp not withstanding) that (C) is just as good.
