[Laszlo-dev] doc for incubator items?

I (privately) modified the generation of the navbar menus to show
anything that looks like a tag for all the  docs/reference/*.html files.
As a side effect, I'm picking up stuff in the incubator, much of which
does not have much documentation.  Should I leave incubator out?

It might be nice someday to include it and have the menu item say:
    colorpicker (incubator)
and have a banner across the shown page to indicate it's in the  
incubator.
But I can leave that for another time if we leave incubator out of the
documentation.  There's so much more to do.
