[Laszlo-dev] another compiler task for Don?

Looking over my swf9 task list, there's the issue of how to compile
constraints, and we had
talked about adding an API into the script compiler to return the dependency
information for
a function, so we could handle the creation of dependency methods
explicitly  in the tag compiler.

Maybe this would be a good thing for Don to do. If he's too busy, I can take
a whack at it...
