[Laszlo-dev] Windows reaching out its cold dead hands to grab me

So the issue seems to be the the default browser for my Mac is now
Internet explorer. The "open" command
on the Mac launches IE by firing up a Parallels Windows VM.

So what is the way to tell "open" to use Firefox or some other native
Mac browser for opening URLs?
