Surely our new schema generator?
Technical Marketing would remind you that the definition of a library
is that it is included at the top level of the canvas, and so should
be permitted to contain anything the canvas can. (Of course, binary
libraries and imports have bent that a little.)
OTOH, I could buy that the debug tag ought to appear in your canvas
directly or not at all.
