Details:
Implicit wasn't working in swf9, because a couple of attributes weren't 
declared in lz.XMLHttpRequest.
Also added typing and declared optional arguments in "open(..)". Added 
"getResponseHeader()" to be more compliant to browser XMLHttpRequest.
