Details:
     buildlfcdebug, buildlfcprofile, etc. are shortcuts to build
     single instances of libraries for development.  They duplicate
     some knowledge in build.xml, and unfortunately, were not brought
     up to date when SWF9 libraries were created.

Tests:
     Ran buildlfcdebug to make sure it now works.  The other scripts  
don't
     really apply yet, but are ready to be used with SWF9 if/when we  
need
     profile/backtrace versions.
