[Laszlo-dev] something seems to be wrong with the server caching the application in swf9

I always build using the top level 'ant build', and I don't see this  
issue.
It looks to me that buildlfcdebug is broken - 'suffix' is not set,  
probably never worked.
Will have a fix for you shortly.
