I'm not checking this in, but I'm passing it along to Henry while I go 
on vacation for a week.  I'll still be able to get online tomorrow after 
we get to Seattle.  This runs in SWF9 roughly equivalent to SWF8 at this 
point, with a few small issues here and there.

Details: These are a bunch of fixes to Calendar to get it running
    in SWF9.

Tests: Run Calendar in SWF9.  It should now actually run.  The 100+
    compiler errors have been eliminated, and there shouldn't be many
    ActionScript errors, if any.  There are still a few issues here
    and there, and I haven't figured out the bug about adding a New
    Event twice, but it's roughly in parity with SWF8.
