[Laszlo-dev] lzpix slowness for swf8

This is a bug I introduced, related to LPP-6748, the loader code for
media is not
properly decrementing the LzLoadQueue.openConx when the image is loaded, so
the number of open connections maxes out until a "timeout" resets the
open connection
counter.

I'm working on a fix...
