[Laszlo-dev] lzpix slowness for swf8

[Donald Anderson]

Noticed in testing - lzpix for swf8 displays images slowly - as if
internet connection is slow or stalling.  Seems to be consistent for
me, tried it on a cleanly built fresh tree.  Works well in swf9 and  
dhtml.
Anyone else see this?
