[Laszlo-dev] class-ify LzCSSStyleSheet and LzStyleSheet?

It looks like these two should really be classes in the new style,  
right?

   WEB-INF/lps/lfc/services/LzStyleSheet.js
   WEB-INF/lps/lfc/services/LzCSSStyleSheet.js

It's hard to make the doc work right without that (It's LPP-5607 for  
the doc).
