It's trivial to make it be off by default.

But, I'm curious:  what has changed to make us not want to warn any  
more?  I thought it was a big deal to QA to distinguish between  
supported and unsupported browsers. Surely we don't want to get a  
whole raft of bug reports against browsers we don't intend to support?
