Details:
     Create new subclass of LzConstraintExpr, LzAlwaysExpr to hold
     constraints with dependencies.

     LzNode: Fix comments, type declarations, only look for
     dependencies in LzAlwasyExpr's

     LzDefs: Fix comments, separate 'always' constraints from 'style'
     constraints.  Only the former have dependencies.

     LzState: Fix comments and type declarations.  Only LzAlwaysExpr's
     have dependencies

     NodeModel: Fix comments

     Test case from bug, ant lztest, ant runlzunit
