I see the same error compiling against trunk.  I'm not sure what would 
be causing it - assuming the line number is correct, here are the lines 
around app.lzx that it's complaining about:

         <!-- the light blue area below the header that currently only 
contains ( visually )  the search field -->
         <view name="tools" width="800" height="91" bgcolor="0xbac0f8" >
             <text fgcolor="0x1f13b1" x="96" y="68" text="Flickr 
Search:" fontsize="10"/>

I really doubt the comment is causing this...
