Now that is a very interesting question.

The Installation Guide, such as it is, has not been part of the build  
on the reasoning that by the time you're reading things that are part  
of the build, you've already installed OL, ipso facto.

We do need to make sure that it continues to be maintained and  
accessible on the web. Converting it to docbook would make it easier  
to index, make PDFs, etc -- and for completeness's sake, to include  
in the build.  I don't see a downside to this proposal, but perhaps  
I'm missing something.
