Summary: Added list of inherited methods and events to reference pages

Documentation:
Index pages now list inherited methods and events, in addition to  
attributes.
The list of superclasses in the header now goes from leaf (subclass)  
to root
(superclass), rather than the reverse.

Tests:
Inspect html reference manual for button, animatorgroup, node. Notice
lists of inherited attributes, methods, events. Notice they are linked
to the documentation of each inherited method/attribute/event.
