Looks good to me. I would be happy to comment on the next level of
detail.
One thing: I would move the documentation about format to Text (since
that is where it is perhaps most generally useful) and then just
reference that from Debug.debug/info/warn/error/format (which all
support format directives). Or, have a chapter on format and
reference it from Text and Debug.
