[Laszlo-dev] improved event handling for openlaszlo

Hi everyone,

I wrote up a new version of LaszloEvents that allows you to pass 
multiple params to sendEvent, and also pass paramters to a delegate that 
will get passed along to the event handler. Passing parameters in 
delegates is something that I want to do rather frequently, and I think 
this would be a nice improvement.

I made an improvement request in Jira and attached the code here:
