[Laszlo-dev] for review, fix for LPP-4248 text height recomputing too spontaneously

I still see a gap in the bgcolor for DHTML when resizing left to right 
if the horizontal slider is tall enough.  This works for horizontal 
sliding though!  I suspect a similar change is needed for width...
