[Laszlo-dev] for review, update to weatherblox demo to use yahoo rss feed

Dan, look at lps/components/incubator/libflickr.lzx and lps/ 
components/incubator/test/libflickr-test.lzx. It's a little tiny  
flickr browser, with a pretty clean structure.
