[Laszlo-dev] Second copy of inspector in legals tree

Does anybody know why there is a second copy of the inspector in the legals 
tree? The "real" version is in /lps/components/util/diagnostics/inspector 
and there is another version (which is out of date) in 
/laszlo-explorer/inspector. I didn't find any references to the second version.

I either need to update it, or delete it.
