[Laszlo-dev] modern swf-rendering library?

Macromedia used to have a Java-based Flash player.  I think it only 
supported swf3 or 4 - which should be enough for rendering graphics. 
Not sure if you get access to the output buffer or not, but this 
probably wouldn't be too hard...

There's that and gnash, the gnu open source player, which claims to have 
swf7 compatibility.
