[Laszlo-dev] Parsing order of dataset attributes

I agree this is likely to due to attribute order differences between swf 
and dhtml.  The thing that worries me is: why is legals swf in reverse 
order from trunk?  We need to make sure trunk and legals swf are as 
consistent as possible.  If I understood what the underlying cause of 
the difference was I'd feel better.
