Details: This is a bug fix from community contributor Robert Yeager.
	It took me a few tries to reproduce the issue, but this does seem
	to fix it.

Tests: Tested opening submenus and mousing out in a build with the  
edited
	file and the unedited file; was able to reproduce the problem in
	the unedited build but not in the edited.
