[Laszlo-dev] Link to IDEforLaszlo delivers a HTTP 404

That's what I thought, too. Make it official. But the mailing lists have
the disadvantage that people who are not subscribed won't get the news.
A post on blog.openlaszlo.org would be more visible, and we could use
that to draw attention of IDE developers to the fact (maybe getting some
new contributors). As a quick fix I put some information on the
openlaszlo.org download page stating that the IDE cannot be downloaded
right now due to the archiving of the project. That's better than
sending people to the 404 page on eclipse.org.

In fact, Eclipse foundation has a page stating the IdeforLaszlo has been
archived. It's http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/laszlo/. So we should
point to that page instead of http://www.eclipse.org/laszlo/.

Andrew Chandler has the plugin on his company's homepage at
http://www.riftware.com/laszlodev/. We should put the plugins on the
openlaszlo.org site to have the download links working again. Didn't
want to point to Andy's page from the openlaszlo.org website.

The Eclipse foundation has a zip file with source code and the website
files on the archived projects page.
http://www.eclipse.org/technology/archived.php.
